Digital Twinning & 3D Product Catalog

Completely revamp Sakrete’s product catalog with realistic and consistent 3D representations of their entire product line, replacing outdated web visuals and Photoshop mock-ups. The goal was to produce versatile assets for use across their website, marketing campaigns, print materials, and interactive environments.

Process

We approached the project by thoroughly analyzing Sakrete’s existing visuals and identifying the gaps in consistency, quality, and usability across platforms. To achieve a faithful digital twin of each product, we combined high-precision modeling with physically accurate textures and meticulous attention to proportions and finishes. Using Maya and Blender, we created detailed 3D models, then textured them in Substance Painter with PBR maps that captured the authentic look of the materials. The assets were rendered with Arnold, Octane, and Keyshot to adapt to various output needs, and optimized into low-poly versions ready for use in real-time environments like Unreal Engine. Post-production in Photoshop ensured the final presentation was polished and suitable for high-end marketing materials. This integrated workflow allowed us to meet both the aesthetic and technical requirements of the project, while maintaining efficiency and scalability.

Result & impact

The completed 3D catalog provided Sakrete with a visually cohesive and highly versatile set of assets that transformed how their products are presented. The models were delivered in multiple formats — from static renders and animated sequences to interactive-ready assets — enabling their seamless use in web, print, and immersive digital experiences. This upgrade not only elevated the brand’s perceived quality and professionalism but also improved marketing efficiency by offering reusable, adaptable content. Additionally, it positioned Sakrete to enter emerging sectors like simulators and video games, allowing them to create engaging training and interactive marketing experiences. The project delivered more than just visuals; it became a strategic tool for scalability, innovation, and stronger brand positioning in a competitive market.
