Los resentidos- 3D Visuals
Objective
Planet 141 needed detailed and production-ready 3D assets for Los Resentidos, a stylized animated series inspired by a podcast format. Although Okto wasn’t responsible for the animation itself, our role was essential in ensuring that all assets — from textures to lighting setups — were optimized for a fast and efficient rendering process without losing visual realism.
Process
Due to the volume of shots and a fast turnaround, the rendering was done in Eevee, which allowed for real-time previews and faster delivery. To maintain a high level of realism, we crafted all textures from scratch — including realistic skin, a fiber-based carpet created with particle systems, and a metallic microphone. We also designed the lighting setup to convey a closed, podcast-like environment with a signature blue neon glow. Special care was taken to make the space feel immersive and cohesive, despite the technical limitations of the render engine.
Result and impact
All 3D assets were delivered optimized and animation-ready, bringing visual credibility to the environment and enhancing the emotional tone of each scene. Okto’s attention to detail and technical refinement allowed Planet 141’s animation team to focus on storytelling without delays, achieving a seamless production process. The final visuals balanced artistic direction with production efficiency, resulting in a project that’s both visually engaging and technically solid.
